FYI, triggers and spell timers are built in to ACT, right there on a tab even before the plugins tab that you use to be able to set up FF14 parsing. Triggernometry and other various spell timer plugins allow you to customize and sort them more, as well as have visual, etc. representations, but all the basics are right there without any plugins.
