I feel it doesn't do enough damage to warrant the health loss. Kaioken itself sucks becaus eyou take 10% more damage in kkx3 and 30% more damage in KKx20. The damage increases and lower stamina on vanishes is not worth it.

Best one for pure paralysis is Frieza Soul " Gotcha ". It extends the duration which they cant move and gives you even enough time to land Ultra Fighting Bomber and x100 big Bang Kamehameha.
